What is built today
Client Growth Hub is a multi-tenant workspace that covers the full client growth loop in one product:
| Area | Capabilities |
|---|---|
| Research | Guided campaign interview (Quick / Full / Demo fill), structured research briefs, research jobs, modes (standard, search, deep, demo_deep), identity-before-spend, Sonar-first qualification with Deep Research escalation (standard), discovery diversity (synonyms / activity / coverage gaps), job result summaries (requested / discovered / qualified / recommended), rerun, clone as draft, run-again dedupe; Businesses / Contacts workflow toggle |
| Prospects | Candidate review with evidence, buying signals, confidence, urgency, priority; Recommended vs All qualified; Accept & find contacts then Approve & import; Close the loop; reject / bulk; CRM import; outreach drafts and variants |
| Enrichment | Contact Resolution waterfall after Accept (People Search first, optional ZoomInfo); on-demand company and contact enrichment; contact discovery when no named person; manual save enrichment |
| CRM | Contacts, organizations, opportunities, cases, tasks, timelines; soft delete / restore; duplicate and merge workflows |
| Pipeline | Opportunities by stage, value, probability, and close date |
| Inbox | Multi-channel conversation threads, internal notes, close / reopen / snooze, reply suggestions and auto-reply guardrails |
| Social inbox | B2C draft replies from social research → edit → Approve & publish or Reject |
| Templates & sequences | Approved reusable content; multi-step outreach with delays, daily caps, timezone, stop-on-reply |
| Bookings | Booking links and calendar provider integration |
| Documents | Onboarding / KYC-style upload → AI extract → review → CRM profile |
| Automations | Workflow templates for recovery and follow-up (missed call, stalled opportunity, no-response, reminders) |
| Getting started | Docked trial wizard (Businesses or Contacts pack): fixture research → enrich → Approve & import without burning research quota |
| Agent Runs | Visibility into AI/provider calls: status, citations, cost, failures, campaign/prospect context |
| Dashboard & reports | Funnel metrics; CSV/PDF exports (contacts, prospects, campaigns, audit, executive reports) |
| Admin | Users and roles, feature flags, provider settings (masked secrets), localization (EN/FR), usage, audit, retention, signal catalog, social listening cadence, demo entitlements |
Research and qualification
- Policy-driven discovery — campaign interview answers become the operating policy (ICP, geography, industry, channels, budget, limits, exclusions).
- Structured briefs — B2B launches generate a versioned, read-only interpretation (summaries, include/exclude lists, hard exclusions, research questions, search queries). Edit the interview and regenerate if the interpretation is wrong.
- Identity before deep spend — directories, listicles, and weak identity matches are rejected before expensive per-company qualification.
- Sonar-first, escalate when needed —
standardmode uses a faster qualification pass first and escalates to Deep Research only when industry, geography, operating-business status, or confidence is still ambiguous.searchstays fast;deepforces deeper qualification. - Discovery diversity — later rounds explore industry synonyms, activity signals (hiring, careers, growth), and uncovered sectors/geographies without increasing the search budget.
- Full qualified pool — research persists every company that clears qualification; the prospect limit marks the recommended top N.
- Contact-light until Accept — company research does not spend on named contacts until an operator Accepts a business.
- Qualification facts — qualified candidates carry structured evidence operators can inspect before approval.
- Signal catalog — deployment-wide buying-signal definitions, weights, and urgency drive detection and ranking (Settings → Signal catalog).
- Priority blend — admins set how much fit vs buying intent vs urgency decides ranking (must sum to 100%).
See Research Campaigns.
Businesses and Contacts
- Businesses (B2B) — company-first discovery with structured briefs and Deep Research qualification.
- Contacts (B2C) — social network research for public intent, person prospects, and approved reply publish.
- Both coexist per workspace; the Research / Prospects toggle shows one workflow at a time.
- Campaigns store their mode at create time so jobs keep the workflow they were launched under.
Human-in-the-loop controls
Client Growth Hub is designed so AI proposes and humans decide:
- Review and regenerate research briefs before launch
- Approve or reject every prospect before CRM import
- Approve message templates before active use
- Approval gates on B2C social publishing (Social inbox)
- Audit trail for login, CRM changes, research, prospect import, messaging, exports, tutorial, and admin settings
Integrations (product level)
| Integration | Role in the product |
|---|---|
| Research / LLM providers | Discovery and qualification (adapter-based; Perplexity first) |
| Aventora Engagement Hub | SMS, call, WhatsApp, and related conversational outreach |
| Email (SMTP) | Outbound email and delivery/reply events |
| Calendar | Booking links and scheduling |
| CRM | Built-in CRM first; sync patterns with the broader Aventora stack |
| Perplexity enrichment | On-demand company / contact enrichment; People Search is the first step of Contact Resolution after Accept |
| ZoomInfo (optional add-on) | Next step in Contact Resolution when still insufficient; field accept/reject on the prospect |
| Social networks | Research public intent and support approved interactions for Contacts workflows |
| Notifications | Workspace notifications (for example Teams adapter when configured) |
| Object storage | Files and document attachments (local or S3-compatible) |
Provider details stay behind adapters so workflows do not depend on a single vendor’s payload shape. Configuration: Admin, Settings, and Integrations.
Platform characteristics
- Multi-tenant — business data scoped by organization
- Web + API + worker — interactive UI, FastAPI services, background jobs for research, sequences, webhooks, and analytics
- Auditable — critical actions recorded without logging raw secrets
- Localizable — English and French operator UI supported
- Replaceable providers — research, messaging, calendar, storage, and notifications behind adapters
