What it is

Client Growth Hub is Aventora’s AI growth operator for service businesses. It helps teams find qualified prospects, review evidence of fit, import into CRM, coordinate outreach and follow-up, and track pipeline outcomes — with human approval at important decision points.

One-line positioning: find prospects → engage → qualify → book meetings and advance pipeline in one operating loop.

It is a distinct product from Engagement Hub (multi-channel phone/SMS/chat outreach, scheduling, and live call bridging). Many deployments use both: Client Growth Hub to build and qualify the pipeline; Engagement Hub to run conversations that convert.

Who it is for

Best early fit is service businesses where a missed lead or delayed follow-up is expensive, for example:

  • Insurance brokerages
  • Law firms
  • Accounting and tax firms
  • High-ticket clinics or wellness providers (with clear compliance boundaries)
  • B2B agencies and professional services
  • Local service companies with high-value inbound demand

The growth loop

  1. Define the target customer and campaign policy (offer, ICP, geography, channels, guardrails).
  2. Research with AI-assisted discovery and qualification.
  3. Review prospect candidates with evidence, fit reasoning, confidence, and risks.
  4. Approve or reject candidates (human-in-the-loop before CRM import).
  5. Import approved prospects into CRM (organizations, contacts, opportunities, timeline).
  6. Outreach — generate drafts or variants, enroll in sequences, or hand off to Engagement Hub.
  7. Follow through — inbox, bookings, tasks, pipeline, analytics, and audit.

The product is strongest when explained as this loop, not as disconnected modules.

Businesses and Contacts workflows

Both workflows run in the same workspace. Use the Businesses / Contacts toggle on Research and Prospects (remembered in the browser) to view one set at a time:

WorkflowUI labelWhat it does
B2BBusinessesCompany-first research: discover organizations, resolve identity, qualify against a structured brief, review decision-makers at those companies
B2CContactsSocial network research for public intent, person prospects, and draft replies under approval and rate limits

Mode is chosen when you create a campaign and stored on that campaign (product_mode), so historical jobs do not flip when you switch the toggle. There is no workspace-wide “product mode” switch in Settings.

How B2B prospect discovery works

  1. Operators complete a Quick or Full guided interview (buyers, sectors, geography, limits, scoring priorities, exclusions).
  2. On launch, the system generates a versioned structured research brief for read-only review.
  3. Operators choose a research mode (standard, search, deep, or demo_deep), approve the brief, and launch.
  4. A background worker runs discovery → identity resolution → qualification → finalize.
  5. Hard exclusions and soft scoring produce a full qualified pool. The campaign prospect limit marks the recommended top N; operators can still inspect all qualified rows.
  6. Operators review evidence, Accept a business to find persona-matching contacts, then Approve & import to CRM.

Discovery is strategy-driven and policy-driven (interview + guardrails + signal catalog), not a blind scraped lead dump. Later discovery rounds explore industry synonyms, activity signals (such as hiring or growth), and coverage gaps without increasing search budget. Directories, listicles, and weak identity matches are rejected before expensive per-company qualification.

Standard mode qualifies with a faster research pass first and escalates to deeper research only when industry, geography, operating-business status, or confidence is still ambiguous. Research stays contact-light until you Accept a business — contact spend starts after that human decision.

Human review is required before import and outreach.

Security and tenancy

  • Multi-tenant, organization-scoped business data
  • Role-based access (admin and user; no public self-registration)
  • Audit logging for important growth actions
  • Agent Runs visibility for AI/provider work (status, cost, citations, failures)
  • Provider credentials and retention controls at the organization level

For platform-wide security commitments, see the Security Overview. Workspace admin details: Admin, Settings, and Integrations.

Getting started (trial)

Eligible trial users see a docked Getting started wizard that walks through research → enrich → Approve & import for either Businesses or Contacts, using fixture data so live Deep Research and live social listen are not required and research entitlements are not consumed. Restart clears progress so you can take the other tour.
