Access

  1. Open the Client Growth Hub web application provided for your workspace.
  2. Sign in at Login with an active user that belongs to your organization.
  3. Most business data is organization-scoped — you only see records for your workspace.

There is no public self-registration. The first admin is provisioned by Aventora or your operator; that admin invites additional users from Settings → User management.

Getting started (trial)

New trial users often see a docked Getting started wizard (dashboard banner + right-side panel):

  1. Choose Businesses (B2B) or Contacts (B2C) — this also switches the Research / Prospects toggle.
  2. Click Next through each step while the system creates a sample campaign, loads fixture prospects, enriches contact details, and imports to CRM.
  3. Watch Research / Prospects update as each step runs.

Tutorial actions use fixture data and do not consume research entitlements. Use Back, Restart tutorial (to take the other tour), or Dismiss. Progress is saved per user.

Core workflow

  1. Set the Businesses / Contacts toggle for the workflow you want.
  2. Define a research campaign (Research).
  3. Launch prospect research (B2B: review brief → choose mode → approve & launch; B2C: social listen campaign).
  4. Review candidates (Prospects) — start with Recommended, then All qualified if you need more.
  5. For B2B: Accept & find contacts, then Approve & import when persona-matching contacts are ready (or use Close the loop on the detail screen).
  6. Manage contacts, organizations, opportunities, cases, and tasks (CRM / Pipeline / Tasks).
  7. Coordinate outreach (Templates, Sequences, Inbox, bookings; Social for B2C reply drafts).
  8. Monitor Dashboard, Reports, Usage, and Audit.

Dashboard

Typical metrics:

  • Prospects researched
  • Approved leads
  • Outreach sent
  • Replies
  • Bookings
  • Pipeline value
  • Won revenue

Refresh after imports, research launches, outreach, bookings, or significant CRM updates. Empty charts usually mean no qualifying analytics activity yet for the organization.

Daily operator checklist

  1. Check Inbox for new replies and hot conversations.
  2. Clear overdue Tasks.
  3. Review any completed research jobs on Research / Agent Runs.
  4. Work the Prospects queue — Accept businesses that fit, wait for Contact Resolution, then approve and import; reject poor fits.
  5. Update Pipeline stages as conversations progress.
  6. Enroll new contacts in a Sequence or send from an approved Template when ready.
  7. Spot-check Audit after large imports or admin changes if you are responsible for compliance.

Pilot smoke checklist

Before handing a workspace to a pilot user, confirm:

  • Admin login succeeds and the dashboard loads
  • CRM contacts list loads
  • A research campaign can be created and a job queued
  • A prospect can be approved and imported
  • A message can be sent with a configured (or mock) provider
  • A booking can be created when calendar is configured
  • Audit events appear for the workflow
  • Agent Runs shows research AI activity when a job runs
